FastWave provides a comprehensive swimming management platform that includes:

• Meet and competition management
• Swimmer registration and profile management
• Results tracking and personal bests
• Training session scheduling
• Club administration tools
• Communication and notification systems
• Payment processing and billing

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

FastWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of our platform.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be suspended
• You will remain responsible for any outstanding payments
• We may delete your account and data after 30 days
• Certain provisions will survive termination

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
