This policy describes how Fastwave collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use the platform to enter or manage swim meets.
Swimmer names, dates of birth, club affiliation, seed times, and contact details required to process entries. Payment details are handled directly by our payment partner and are never stored on Fastwave servers.
Solely to operate the entry platform: validate entries against qualifying times and rules, generate psych sheets, and produce files for timing software.
